Our Story
Founded in 2014 by certified ICF coaches Dr. Alexandra Morrison and Marcus Chen, GrowthCoach Canada emerged from a shared vision to revolutionize personal development coaching across the Canadian landscape. After witnessing the gap between traditional coaching methods and the unique needs of Canadian professionals, they established a company that would bridge cultural diversity, geographic challenges, and individual aspirations.
What started as a small practice in Toronto has grown into a nationwide network of certified coaches serving over 2,500 clients across all ten provinces. Our journey began when Alexandra, a former corporate executive turned psychologist, met Marcus, a business strategist with a passion for human potential, at a coaching conference in Vancouver. Together, they recognized the need for coaching services that truly understood the Canadian context - from the bilingual nature of our society to the unique challenges of remote work in our vast geography.
