1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by GrowthCoach Canada, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our coaching services.

2. Description of Services

GrowthCoach Canada provides professional personal growth coaching services, including but not limited to individual coaching sessions, group coaching programs, corporate training workshops, and online coaching resources. Our services are designed to support personal and professional development for individuals and organizations across Canada.

We offer various coaching modalities including life coaching, career coaching, leadership development, and business coaching. All services are provided by certified professional coaches who adhere to International Coach Federation (ICF) standards and ethical guidelines.

2.1 Individual Coaching Services

• One-on-one coaching sessions conducted in-person or virtually
• Personalized coaching plans tailored to individual goals
• Progress tracking and accountability support
• Resource materials and homework assignments

2.2 Group Coaching Programs

• Small group coaching sessions with peer learning opportunities
• Structured programs with specific timelines and objectives
• Group exercises and collaborative activities
• Community support and networking opportunities

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of our coaching services, you agree to actively participate in the coaching process and take responsibility for your own growth and development. This includes attending scheduled sessions, completing assigned tasks, and maintaining open and honest communication with your coach.

You are responsible for implementing the strategies and insights gained through coaching sessions. The success of coaching depends largely on your commitment, effort, and willingness to take action toward your goals.

4. Payment Terms and Policies

Payment for coaching services is required according to the terms specified in your coaching agreement. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Pricing Structure

• Individual coaching sessions: $150-250 per session
• Group coaching programs: $75-125 per person per session
• Corporate training workshops: $2,500-5,000 per workshop
• Package deals and subscription options available

4.2 Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of service delivery. No refunds will be provided for completed coaching sessions or programs that have been substantially delivered.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule coaching sessions with at least 24 hours advance notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

In case of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions may be made at the discretion of GrowthCoach Canada management.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and coaching sessions. Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law or in cases where there is imminent danger to yourself or others.

7. Limitation of Liability

Coaching services are not intended as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. GrowthCoach Canada and its coaches are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching sessions or recommendations provided during the coaching relationship.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for coaching services. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from coaching programs.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, and content provided by GrowthCoach Canada remain our intellectual property. Clients may use these materials for their personal development but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without written permission.

Any coaching tools, assessments, or methodologies shared during sessions are proprietary and confidential. Unauthorized use or distribution of these materials is prohibited.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, any prepaid fees for undelivered services will be refunded on a pro-rated basis, subject to our refund policy.

GrowthCoach Canada reserves the right to terminate services if clients violate these terms or engage in behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or the coaching relationship will be resolved through the courts of Ontario or through alternative dispute resolution methods as mutually agreed upon.

11. Changes to Terms

GrowthCoach Canada reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Significant changes to these terms will be communicated to existing clients via email or other direct communication methods.
